Olivia loves all things Disney! Olivia grew up going to Walt Disney World and even a trip to Disneyland where she danced, but Olivia really loved her trip to Walt Disney World for her first wedding anniversary! Since then, she has been 15 times and has taken her princesses, Ellie and Lucy, on magical vacations. Olivia has stayed at all resort types and tries to do different experiences each trip. She has experience with all four parks, Disney Springs, Disney water parks, Disney miniature golf, and several ticketed events including seasonal parties and After Hours. Olivia has a child with food allergies so she is great at helping you plan your vacation with allergies in mind.  Olivia has recently been to Disneyland twice and on several Disney Cruises. 

In addition, Olivia has cruised many times on other cruise lines with and without kids including Carnival and most recently, Royal Caribbean. Olivia is ready to help with your next Universal Studios vacation, too! She took her young girls to Universal Orlando, and everyone had a blast! She recently has discovered a love for all-inclusive resorts, particularly Sandals and Beaches. She did not want to leave Sandals Grenada and plans to visit more Sandals and Beaches properties.

Molly Robinson is a Disney fanatic and a newlywed! Molly started working in our Elite Events office in 2017 and became an agent in 2018 due to her passion for travel and helping others. Molly loves to travel and see new places, as well as help others plan their dream vacations. Her bucket list is to visit every Disney park. As of now she has only covered Walt Disney World many times, and most recently, Disneyland Paris on her honeymoon. Molly has plans to adventure to the others parks soon! Molly had the honor of being in the Disney College Program a few years ago and experienced so many magical moments that will help you plan your next trip!

Tray Noble loves trip planning! It really does excite him to see others excited about their vacations he helps make magical. Tray is a full-time Sign Language Interpreter by day, but…in the shadows of night, he becomes…TRAVEL PLANNER TRAY! I He has traveled to Walt Disney World several times and makes it a point to do new experiences each time to increase his first-hand knowledge to help his clients. He loves the Disney bubble so much! 

Tray also enjoys planning Carnival Cruise vacations for clients! He has been on 3 Carnival cruises, and his parents are Carnival Cruise fanatics! His knowledge and passion for cruising would make him an asset when trying to plan and navigate your next cruise.

Kimberly is passionate about two things: traveling and helping others.

She has been to over 20 countries, and from swimming with dolphins in Mexico, spelunking in caverns in Belize and dancing with members of the Garifuna tribe in Honduras, to going on a safari in South Africa (twice!) and exploring the fascinating city of Rome, it’s safe to say she has experienced a lot of amazing things this world has to offer!

She was born in Virginia and currently resides there, but Kimberly lived in Orlando for awhile as a child, which is how she got her love of Disney! One of her favorite childhood memories is hanging out at all of the parks in Walt Disney World while other kids were in school (Yay for homeschooling! EPCOT is a great place to learn about other cultures, by the way!)

Kimberly worked on Disney Cruise Line for nearly four years, and once she moved to land, she decided that she wanted to continue traveling and helping others. Her knowledge of diverse destinations and passion for travel would make her a great asset in planning your next vacation!

Brandi Beal has worked with Elite Events for almost three years.  Even as a young child, she has always loved vacations and traveling to new places. Her parents were notorious for trying to extend their vacations “just one more day” to continue the fun and make memories!

Her love for Walt Disney World began a little differently than most with her first trip at age 30 when she was tagging along with a friend running the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Brandi was hooked! In the past 7 years, Brandi has traveled to Walt Disney World over 30 times thanks to her family’s Annual Passes! In addition to Walt Disney World, she have sailed the high seas on 5 Disney Cruise Line cruises and vacationed at Disneyland twice, including a weeklong stay at Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel.   

In addition to Disney Destinations, Brandi enjoys planning cruises for her clients on a variety of cruise lines including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Carnival Cruise Line. She has personally sailed on 10 cruises, including Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival.

Hilary has been working at Elite for 3 years.  Her family recently moved to Winter Garden, Florida where they can watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks each evening from their driveway! They love visiting the parks as often as they can, and Hilary feels like she has so much knowledge to share with her Disney clients now more than ever!  Hilary loves to travel with her family and has taken her daughters (10 and 8) on many memorable vacations. Their favorites are tied between a Disney cruise and a trip to Montreal, Canada where they immersed themselves in the culture.  When traveling they love to experience as much as each destination has to offer. They have hiked in both Colorado and Washington State, experienced dog sledding in Montreal, and swam with the dolphins in the Bahamas. Of course, they love their frequent visits with Mickey and Minnie.  Besides her obvious love for Disney, Hilary loves planning romantic getaways for couples whether it is for a weekend away at the beach or for an anniversary celebration.  She is continually working towards more certifications so she can plan the perfect vacation for her clients!

Lauren is a mother of 3 little princesses so she is the go to girl on all things Disney princess! Her family absolutely loves Walt Disney World. So much so that they visit at least once per year. She cannot describe the joy she feels when she see her girls’ faces light up as they walk through the gates of the happiest place on Earth! She has visited Walt Disney World in Florida 5 times, Disneyland in California twice, and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure twice. Lauren has stayed at every level of resort at Walt Disney World (value, moderate, and deluxe) and has stayed at prime value and premier resorts at Universal Studios Orlando. Lauren’s family is planning a cruise on the Disney Dream soon. She decided to become a travel agent because she has a blast helping families plan their Disney vacations, and it helps keep her Disney withdrawals to a minimum. Brooke Smith loves everything travel, but the Caribbean and Disney hold a special place in her heart. She has been going to Walt Disney World for over 35 years, and she is now passing on the love of Disney to her husband and children. Brooke got engaged at Disney’s Polynesian Resort and they have been bringing their family of 6 ever since. Her children range in age from 7 years old to 18 years old so she definitely knows how to make your trip special for any age. Her oldest daughter is a Type One Diabetic so she understands the extra planning and care that traveling with a disability requires. Brooke has done trips on a strict budget and also had the privilege of going all out. Disney was wonderful on both levels. Brooke has been on 5 Disney Cruise Line vacations, and they just get better each time. 

As much as Brooke loves Disney with her family, she loves being able to get away to relax with her husband. They have traveled on numerous cruises with multiple cruise lines, enjoyed a few all-inclusive resorts, traveled through Europe, London and Hawaii, and spent countless weekends in a variety of locations throughout the states.

Heather started booking travel with Elite Events in 2017. At first, she specialized in Walt Disney World travel. After a year, she branched out and became certified in all Disney destinations, Universal Studios, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise line. Heather also enjoys planning domestic getaways for her clients, as well, and even some business travel. Heather loves to travel with her husband and two young boys throughout the year. Their recent travels have taken them to the Rockies, San Diego and even the Caribbean. They were even on the last cruise ship to sail to Cuba in 2019.  They have a goal as a family to see all they can whenever they can. In addition, they are frequent visitors to Walt Disney World and Disneyland. They also enjoy cruising as a family on the Disney Dream. Heather is always up for an adventure and is ready to help you with everything you need for your next adventure!

Erin Estep loves all things Disney and to travel! She grew up going to Walt Disney World and even danced there on numerous occasions. She has been married over 9 years to her wonderful husband, Drew, and they have two very active and Disney obsessed little boys, Blake and Justice. Seeing Disney magic through the eyes of her boys is the most amazing feeling! Erin and her family have been to Walt Disney World 6 times in the past 3 years, and they went on their first Disney Cruise in 2019! I have experience with Walt Disney Word vacations for all budgets and ages including all 4 parks, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party, both waterparks and multiple resorts and even the campsites at Fort Wilderness. Stacey Forester loves to spend time traveling with family and friends, and her favorite destination is Walt Disney World.

Disney has been a part of her life since her first trip for her 7th Birthday where she fell in love with the magic and the mouse! As a child, she traveled to Walt Disney World multiple times and to Disneyland once to dance.

In 2009, Stacey’s husband, Ryan, proposed to her in front of Cinderella’s Castle. It was truly a magical moment! Stacey and Ryan married in May 2010 and take their girls, Ryleigh and Charleigh, on yearly trips. The girls started their Disney vacations at 18 months and haven’t stopped since. Seeing their faces light up and experience the joy Disney brings is always worth it!

In addition, Stacey honeymooned at Sandals and would love to help you plan your next Sandals or Beaches getaway! 

Each trip is a new adventure, and Stacey learns new tips and tricks each time to share with clients. Jaye’s love for travel and adventure started at a young age. She enjoyed road trips, camping, going to theme parks, flying on an airplane and much more. Her dad served in the U.S. Air Force; therefore, her family took advantage of military rates for family vacations, including Disney destinations.

As a child, Jaye remembers the overwhelming excitement she had when they picked up their Disneyland tickets. At a young age, she knew she wanted to help others experience the magic of Disney the way she did! Jaye went to Disneyland in California and Disney’s California Adventure several times before relocating to Florida. After graduating from college, she took her first trip to Walt Disney World.  Jaye had the opportunity to work for Disney Cruise Line for two years. She also taught English in China through Disney English. While she was a Cast Member, she made it a goal to visit Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Sea, and Shanghai Disney. In September of 2019, she spent a day touring Aulani, Disney’s resort in Hawaii. 

Jaye enjoys discovering new places, so she tries to visit at least one new country or state each year. Family and friends observed her love for travel and began asking her for tips and tricks when planning their vacations. Jaye realized that her love for travel could be combined with her desire to help others make their travel dreams come true. Jaye has planned trips for people celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, a honeymoon, the adoption of their children and more. She specializes in Disney destinations, but she can book day trips, Universal Studios vacations, most major cruise lines and more.

Jaye takes pride in planning adventures for her clients as if she was planning a vacation for herself. Jorge Negron has a passion for travel and helping others! He has been married for 10 years to his beautiful wife, Katherine, and they have two wonderful kids, Gavin and Arabella. Jorge and his family are avid travelers. They have been to the beach, mountains, and Puerto Rico, just to name a few places. For the past 5 years, what started as a “one time trip” to Universal Orlando Resort has become a family tradition. They have done it all at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. They have seen the shows, rode the rides, tried the amazing foods, enjoyed the nightlife, etc. We fell in love with Universal because, even though Walt Disney World is truly magical, Universal Orlando Resort really pulls out all the stops to put a smile on everyone’s face. His daughter loves all things Minions and Trolls. His son loves all things superheroes and Fast and the Furious. 

Jorge wanted to become a travel agent because of his love for traveling, but his most recent trip to Universal Orlando really sealed the deal. They seem to top each trip and make it better. Jessica Guy is married to her husband Matt, and they have two young children, Morgan and Will. Jessica enjoys going on trips with her family and fell in love when they took their first cruise on Disney Cruise Line! That trip exceeded every expectation so much that they have cruised multiple times again on Disney! That love has grown into trips to Disney World, Universal Studios as well as other places but Disney Cruise alone is where the magic is for the Guy Family!
